The Problem

Clinicians face information overload in rare disease therapeutic areas, especially when new products enter a crowded treatment space. Busy providers need clear, concise, trustworthy clinical data and comparative insights to support their treatment decisions.

The site needed to:

  • Reduce cognitive load around clinical evidence

  • Clearly differentiate Sogroya from daily and long-acting competitors

  • Support moments of prescribing intent

  • Scale across future enhancements and tools

My Impact

In absence of a formal long-lead discovery phase, I focused on applied competitive and content research to inform UX decisions:

  • Designing the information architecture and navigation to align with how HCPs scan, compare, and validate clinical data

  • Translating dense clinical and regulatory content into clear, scannable structures that support quick decision-making

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to adapt and integrate tools (e.g., Pen Profiler) into the broader HCP experience

  • Balancing launch urgency with UX rigor to ensure the experience remained intuitive, credible, and reusable

The Solution

The site was designed to help HCPs move efficiently from awareness to confidence by simplifying how clinical data, differentiation, and support resources are presented. Clear hierarchy, progressive disclosure, and interactive comparison tools made complex information easier to scan, understand, and act on.

Solutions include:

  • Reorganized clinical and promotional content into clear, scannable structures

  • Interactive comparison tools to visually reinforce differentiation across daily and long-acting therapies

  • Streamlined navigation and wayfinding

  • A scalable UX foundation designed to support future enhancements

The final experience delivered:

  • An award-winning HCP site that simplifies complex medical content, prioritizes relevance, and supports clinical decision-making in a meaningful way

  • A resource clinicians can rely on for data, tools, and streamlined access to key materials

  • A UX foundation that aligns with broader digital strategy and elevates professional engagement
